ALL BUSINESS OWNERS AND U.S. CITIZENS MUST UNDERSTAND WHAT IS A $BILLION! OR EVEN A TRILLION!

LESSON: The U.S. Government and Corporations speak in terms of Billions and Trillions today, and we regular humans have no concept what that means. Widen your camera lens so you may understand the enormity of what is really going on in our economy, country and world. Knowledge is power.

The excerpt below is from my Business Course and Workshop Series, Building Special Companies, est. 2019.

What is a Billion or Trillion?

1.     In Money: A billion is a number equal to 1,000 million in the US. It is written as 1,000,000,000 with nine zeros. A billion is a very large number that can be hard to comprehend. For example, if you earn $45,000 a year, it will take 22,000 years to make a billion dollars.

2.     In Time: One billion seconds is about 32 years. The magnitude of difference between billion and million can be illustrated with this example of the time scale: A million seconds is 12 days. A billion seconds is 31 years. A trillion seconds is 31,688 years.

You have recently heard the stories from DOGE about $Millions and $Billions of your taxpayer dollars going to crazy projects which not one CEO in America would be caught approving.  Did you know BlackRock investment funds now control $11 Trillion?  Yes 1/3 of the entire country’s crazy National Debt!

Remember the old joke, “A Billion here, a Billion there, and now were talking about some serious money!” We have become numb to these astronomical numbers, and the government wants us to accept them as normal – a Billion there a Billion there. See above how much that is!

When we watch the news tonight, whether ABC David Muir or Fox Jesse Waters, or maybe something in between, remember it’s always, always, always about the money!  Understand numbers.  Understand the enormity of your tax dollars being spent on something you never voted for, never approved, never understood, and never was informed about. 

As I always exclaim, “Take back your money from the Government and Large Corporations!” See above – if they spend just another $Billion, it will take you 22,000 years to pay for that!  Refuse to pay for that.

It would be thought a hard government that should tax its people one tenth part.
